Jan 27th: Atlanta 5-5 @ Detroit 4 wins (3-7)

Our road record is all that matters right now. Detroit has won 4 games, 3 at home, so that should indicate that we need to show up for this game, and it should be a win.

Starting lineup for Detroit is likely to be

Brando Knight (R)
Rodney Stuckey
DAMIEN WILKINSSSSSS
Ben Wallace the ageless one
Greg Monroe

Austin Daye whom has made it back into the rotation has been coming on as of late and may be the defacto 6th man.

This thread sucks and is full of trickery. I almost lost my mind when I saw these records. Thought the TS could not even count.

On a serious note. This Detroit team has beaten 3 winning teams at home. They are more than capable of beating us. So, we will need to do more than just show up. Indiana, Portland, and Orlando were there victims. On the flip side, we have not lost to a losing team all year. Rather on the road or at home. Will probably be a competitive contest people. Would not be surprised if it goes either way. I personally think the team chemistry is at jeopardy with the way they are trying to force Kirk back into the fold and cutting peoples minutes that have been holding it down all this short season.

Next, Zaza should be fine tonight because Detroit really does not have athletic bigs. Monroe isn't a leaper or overly quick just like Zaza.

Lastly, I hate these types of games because we could lose and I would be disappointed and probably trash the team finding everything wrong which we already know. Or we could win and I wouldn't Give a F because it proves nothing to beat such a team. This game is simply a part of life. Live your life.

Team's chemistry is dead and it died the minute Kirk stepped back on the floor and was given minutes he did not earn.

nice thread H, I just got back and am happy to see us down by only 1 especially with the first half numbers I saw in Joe's box score.

Jeff Teague just limped off the court, I hope it's nothing serious we can't afford another injury to one of our core players.

Teague back on the bench so it was nothing serious, great news no doubt

Teague rolled that ankle pretty good. I think we are gonna have to put TMac in to run the point forward. What does Coach Drew have against playing Pargo??

Joe hits the 3 to send the game to OT.

Was surprised to see the game still on when I got home but I caught the three for all by Josh, Marv, Daye and Knight plus a Zaza take and dunk.

Joe went bananas, Marvin went for 20+ on 9 shots?! I hope the replay is up on when I'm at work tonight.

Team showed absolutely nothing because we are playing absolutely no-one. I like this team even less after tonite. The love affair with Kirk Hinrich is over the top. Josh Smith is a horrible decision maker. Joe Johnson can carry you against non playoff teams but not against playoff teams. Team is seriously flawed. LD is a man with few morals and values. Don't like this team.

I missed the game because I had my own basketball to play.

I checked the box score on my phone around the end of the 4th and it looked like Detroit had the game won.

I need to catch the next game to observe how Teague does since KH has returned. The last thing Teague needs is Drew and KH messing with his confidence.

What a great win... unbelievable. Great team effort. JJ was great in the 2nd half. I hope Teague's injury isn't too serious. Hinrich has looked good though.

I appreciate Hinrich's effort with Teague hurting his ankle, but I really don't understand the Pargo DNP. If he was inactive with Stackhouse active that was a silly blunder by Drew. Hinrich fought through it but that was a lot of minutes to lay on him in his 2nd game back. Big 2nd half by Joe and great shooting by Marvin. Timely offense from Zaza and good all-around game from Josh to compensate for a bad shooting night.

Why the hate for Kirk? He only played as many minutes as he did, because Teague got hurt. Kirk played well I want to add. I want you to notice when kirk delivers the ball to teammates, they are wide open in their sweet spot. they just don't shot it all the time. Kirk is just a better point guard than teague at the moment. teague will surpass him though.
