The Bulls had talked to the Hawks about trading Korver into Atlanta's traded player exception acquired in the Joe Johnson trade to the Nets.

Nice move. It's a SNT (involving Kirk Hinrich), so we keep our TPE that was created in the JJ trade. We add a tough SF who can really shoot.
Drew likes a jumpshooting offense, now we have a much better jumpshooter.
Of course, we can only - for the most part - use him when we're in a zone.

Has anyone confirmed its a S&T for Kirk? I see people assuming, but none of the Chicago writers have confirmed that.
