Hey all, apparently the Bulls have signed Vlad. From experience, the hands down best way to quickly find out a lot about a player is to ask the fans of his former team.
So Hawks fans, what can we expect?

good shooter. ATROCIOUS defender. I dont expect him to get any playing time under thibs since he is a defensive minded coach.
