Might sound like a wash but I do beleive that Nene > Zaza and that soon Seraphin = Al
I would gamble on that and eventually swap 1st

Seraphin is the upside opposed to Al who has reached is ceiling not to mention Nene being better than Zaza and the swap of picks if WAS agrees to it...

But you realize this "ceiling" that Horford has reached is NBA Allstar and one of the best midrange shooting bigs in the NBA, right?

What exactly has Seraphin done that would say he would reach this level.

You wouldn't trade Melo for Beal because Melo has reached his ceiling. Best case scenario, Seraphin gives you what Al does now in a few years.

I agree that the Seraphin vs Al comparison is a bit of a stretch but not so much when you answer both ? Above and consider the pick swap, I would roll the dice.

It just isn't a clear improvement of our team. And right now, AL has one of the best contracts based on his production.
