Known for his player development of Jeremy Lin, Kenny is a great teacher who will be able to do wonders on Jeff Teague and John Jenkins. He is a very open minded coach who doesn't dictate his way or the highway. He looks at a player and learns from them, then sees how to amplify their play and takes what he learns and spreads it to others. He's done Euro Camp for 7 years and has learned how to merge the two styles to translate to the NBA.

From everything I've read, he has the potential to become a head coach someday (Looks like Ferry is ready for Drew's contract to expire and have a changing of the guards). I don't know about his defensive side, but being under D'Antoni, and watching some videos, he seems to have the D'Antoni style of an uptempo offense.

The guy wearing the Knicks gear (Orange and Blue) chasing Jeremy Lin around is Kenny Atkinson. So this shows a bit about how he trains guys during the workout session with the foam gloves and stick.
