L Drew studying with Euro coach David Blatt

I've been skeptical that all this talent we've been acquiring (shooters/slashers) would be put to proper use this season. My biggest concern was that our coach might not be willing (or worse, able) to take advantage of everyone's talents. But word is that L Drew is in Israel observing one of the top Euro teams in an effort to gain insight into a more wide open style of basketball.
It seems a pretty novel idea. And I'm impressed with Ferry and the Hawks for authorizing (dictating?) such an ambitious, strategic move.
Drew has to know this might be his last chance at a Head Coach position. This shows he's at least flexible enough to adjust to his talent basen and humble enough to accept instruction as a way of improvement.
Just another sign that big things are in store for the next 6 years...
