James Harden is pretty much out of the Free Agency picture after the trade to Houston, so who should be pursue this summer? how much should we give them? and who would we have a realistic chance of signing or resigning (Josh Smith)?

Dwight - No brainer choice, if Ferry or the Hawks had any respect for the organiztion or fan, they at least have to pitch an offer.
Smoove - Obviously, Ferry has to make an offer. Josh is the hart and soul of the team, but if Josh and Hawks part ways, then the Hawks still have a good core of Horford, Teague, and Louis.
Nikola Pekovic - He wouldn't be a flashy pick up, but could possibly turn around the Hawks, if he can keep up his progressions. Pek and Horford could be as good as Marc Gasol and Zach.
Chris Paul - I think the PG is overrated, because it is nearly impossible to build a championship team as the PG as your best player, but CP has too much fire power to pass up.
Andrew Bynum - I'm a fan, but his injuries this year make him a "no go" for me in free agency
James Harden - Houston is going to offer Harden everything.... so.... oh well.
Stephen Curry - He is a quality player, but his ankles makes him a "no go"
Al Jefferson - If Ferry misses out on all the top free agents, then Jefferson could be a pick up. He won't make the Hawks into a contender, but he adds enough fire power to make the Hawks along with Horford respectable.
Tyreke Evans - If Josh leaves, and Evans comes along cheap, it could be a good change of direction that still keeps the Hawks competitive.
Tony Allen - If the Hawks miss out on everybody, Allen could be a great pick up, chemsitry wise and make the Hawks into a sleeper with Horford and Teague.

Pekovich and Splitter as far as finding a center. Jefferson if we can't either of those and isn't to expensive. Of course bring back Josh at a reasonable rate, while also looking at Morrow. Depending on who performs well enough at point determines if & who we bring back at point.
Ideally with Harden off the market, I say bring back Josh, Korver, and Morrow reasonably. Then one of Pekovich, Jefferson, or Splitter. Then offer Derozan something. Pretty sure we'll at least bring Teague back at least as a backup if Lou Will proves to be a better point. Doubt Harris comes back if he can find a nice offer.
