The Bucks don’t comment on trade speculation but the scuttlebutt around the league is the team is trying to move the 31-year-old Gooden, who is being paid $6.68 million for this season and the next two seasons as well.

Gooden for Morrow/Petro?

This is wishful thinking for Bucks' fans.

We have cap room but unless a lotto pick is coming our way I have no interest in taking Gooden and his bad contract

That contract is pretty bad. No reason for us to give up anything of value for him. Even less of a reason for us to give up expirings unless a lot of talent/picks are coming back.

I agree.

I want nothing to do with his contract, I only brought it up, because it creates conversation, and Drew Gooden has been mentioned several times on this board over the years.

the Hawks are in the same position they have been in the last 5 years, a very good playoff team with no top 10 player. all small trades at this point would be pointless.
