This has been absolutely horrendous!!! I can't wait for next year because if we're getting blown out by the Nets (another team who we're battling with for playoff positioning) at home then this year is a lost cause.

I don't disagree. But...the Nets are a good team.

We still shouldn't be getting destroyed by them on our home floor

5th game in 7 days including going from LA to Denver and getting in at like 5am last night after having an overtime game.
Come on guys. Don't be so dramatic.

We're mentally weak - we get depressed too often and just quit.

I hope you are talking about this board on that one.
Here is a news flash, NBA TEAMS LOSE SOMETIMES. and sometimes they lose big because they are playing OTHER NBA TEAMS. The team is worn out. These two days off will be big for them as they really need it.
Every loss doesn't mean the team has fallen off a cliff. Geez.

I don't follow.
But nine years is long enough to wait for a player to blossom.
Especially for a guy who has never even led our team in scoring over the course of a season, yet expects a Hefty raise.
There are other 17 ppg scorers in the sea.

If we're worn out, then with the schedule we have coming up, we're finished.
I don't think it was as much about the fatigue as it was about the mind.

It was the second straight loss, and fifth in the past six games, for the struggling team.
The perfect storm of lethargy and disappointment?

I predict that we end up 6th to tell you the truth, and only because Boston will rest Pierce and KG for a few games
