Sweet snippet about Howard and Paul.

This is from NBC Sports" Rotoworld (link: http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nba/ ... g-clippers) It's quoting a Twitter from Adrian Wojnarowski :
The latest rumor making waves is that Chris Paul and Dwight Howard will emerge in Atlanta together next season, but that's far from having any substance at this point. The Clippers failed to advance far enough in the playoffs for anyone's liking and "Paul coaches the Clippers" jokes were all the rage this season. Paul will likely have some say in who the next coach will be, while names like Byron Scott, Alvin Gentry, Mike Malone, Stan Van Gundy and Mike Budenholzer are already being listed as possible replacements for Del Negro.

This is going to be a rollercoaster of an offseason. By the way, it appears we're looking at many of the same coaches than Chris Paul has the Clippers looking at.

Have no idea how, why or where roto came away with that "quote" when there is zero mention of the Hawks or Paul and Dwight teaming up together in either the tweet or the article that Woj wrote on Del Negro being let go.

Great, i really don't care if Paul and Dwight end up in Atlanta, all i care is if Ferry tries, shows the fans they actually want to build a winner.

Ferry will probably just end up signing some 2nd tier stars and build a team similar to the Nuggets, a good all around team with no top ten player, but it is just great to see a GM that actually cares and makes an effort to build a legit contender.

I fully agree with everything you said here

I saw a statement where D12 wanted to see the system being run by each team he's considering. I saw Golden State added in there this am.

I seriously don't understand why there isn't more talk about D12 and CP3 coming together back in the East and getting away from the tough battles in the West. You only have to get through Miami in the East IMO, and I think there was a time Orlando knew how to beat Miami. Now DF gets to try to put together a roster of significance and convince 2 Top 10 players.

I just think its going to be about the head coach since we don't have Riley, West, any superstars to draw others to follow. If we could get a Doc Rivers level coach, I would think that would allow us to be a serious contender or perhaps we find out who CP3 thinks is the best coach for their talents. It seems we are going to have to allow CP3 serious input to who we select as the head coach if our search goes on that long. It has gotten really quiet.
