He was once a Buck and we already know his negatives posted here and positives. It is a competition to Andrew Wiggins and you guys have the upperhand by allowing us to get your coach and allowing your best player to go to Detroit.
We both messed up by signing other players though. In this draft I would do all I could to get one of the top 5 players and be ecstatic.
tcorbin wrote:Yeah, i like the direction Danny Ferry is going. i like the bold thinking and moves. i'm already resolved with the Hawks not getting the #1 pick, so i'm okay with anything in the top 5. i'm really liking Julius Randle. he looks like a rich man's Shareef Abdur-Rahim or rich man's Antawn Jamison. Randle's game is exactly like Shareef, PF with SF skills, smooth and great at finishing, but unlike Jamision and Shareef, who are at 225lbs, Randle has 25lbs more muscle and is a solid 250lbs. Parker, Willie Cauley-Stein, and Glen Robinson also look like franchise players.
Anyway, Zaza, is a fan favorite. His 3 seconds aren't so bad, his illegal screens are still bad. before his flops were the worst, but the past couple of years he stopped that and his defense is pretty good now a days.

TCorbin, I fully expect you to own up to being wrong about tanking should we miss the playoffs.
U have already misfired on Rivers to Clippers, CP3 and Dwight coming here, Ferry trading Horford and re-signing Josh.
tcorbin wrote:just give up dude, i never said Paul and Dwight are coming, but i did say that Ferry is going to get two international players and make an offer to Dwight and Paul.... which did happen
you said last year that the Hawks with Josh and Al are not going to make the playoffs, and you were wrong, the Hawks ended up finishing basically the same as they do with Joe.
you said that Josh and Horford would be horrible offensively, and the Hawks last year was 2nd in assist and in the top ten in offensive efficiency. so you couldn't have been more wrong about Josh and Horford as the focal points of the offense.
last year you said that Dwight will re-sign with the Lakers. you were definatly wrong about that. you said Dwight only cares about the money, you were wrong again.
you said that last year after Joe got traded, the Hawk were going to tank, but they didn't with Josh and you were wrong about that. now you are saying they are not going to tank, and they are tanking, so you are wrong about this again.
you also said Jenkins will be the next Reggie Miller
you have been ridiculously wrong about the Dwight LA situation and the Joe situation,
you are delusional or dumb, if you think that the Hawks are going to be better than the Heat, Knicks, Nets, Pacers, or Bulls.![]()
and again, i really hope that Ferry gets Monta Ellis
Jamaaliver wrote:Figured I'd go on record with a few of my bold predictions.
For praise and reverence for all my predictions that come true.
And unyielding ridicule for all the things that are inevitably completely wrong.
Starting with the Hawks....
-Louis Williams will win the '6th Man of the Year' award this season. With Harden in Houston and likely a starter, Louis will easily win this award.
-Josh Smith will be an All-Star this year. He'll put up monster scoring numbers as the primary option in a high flying, fast scoring offense. (Josh still won't shoot over 50% from the field, though.)
-Josh's numbers will increase, but the Hawks win total won't. We'll contend for a playoff spot, but will hover around .500 for most of the season.
-Joe Johnson will be missed. As a steadying force, as a goto player, as a defender. (Leading scorers and 6 time All Stars are not easily replaced.)
-Al Horford will be the first Hawks player to average a double-double since Dikembe Mutombo.
-This will be Larry Drew's last season coaching in Atlanta.
Jamaaliver wrote:I agree. Josh to NJ eliminates the Nets taking Joe Johnson.
But I do believe there would be other opportunities to move JJ.
He's a 6-time All Star, consummate professional and consistent, dependable scorer.
There are always teams 'desperate for talent' who would kill to have a JJ on their roster.

I do believe Boston and Brooklyn are locks. JJ and a bunch of unproven kids was enough to get us to the playoffs. So JJ and Deron and Gerald Wallace should probably garner a top 4 record.
Boston is always amongst the best teams in the East and Rondo, Avery Bradley, Fab Melo, Jared Sullinger should blend well with the experience of KG and Pierce.
Washington has made some solid moves this offseason. Okafor and Nene shoud make an imposing frontcourt. And Beal and Wall are a couple of stars in the making.
Cleveland already shows signs of improvements. If they get Bynum, they should be pretty tough to beat. Assuming Kyrie Irving manages to make it through the season without getting hurt.
Chicago has the best coach in the Eastern Conference. they'll tread water until Rose gets back.

And everyone of these was true.
I Nailed every single playoff team. (Though, admittedly, the order was slightly off.)
Liar.
