Just saw a lousy 4th. What'd I miss from the other 3 qtrs? Because what I saw does little to explain how we won.

SGs are going to score a ton against us this year. Carroll couldn't even slow DeRozan down ... and when Korver tried?

Anybody noticing the (for us) large number of FTs we've been getting?

Millsap and Teague have really been drawing fouls. Apparently Jeff has become "vet" enough that they will call a foul when he drives.

Derozen got hot late but half his shots were REALLY bad shots that went in. The tea, looked downright bad when Teague was in the game. We really need to get Jenkins some minutes because Schroder is owing his rookie thing mow. We need to play him.... just mot so many minutes that it hurts us.

I am going to interested in seeing the feelings on Paul Millsap shot selection as the year goes on. He is one of those "you passed it to me, so clearly you want me to shoot it" type of players and had HORRID shot selection. Nut he is making them now so no one will notice.

Great bounce back from Al, Teague still looked REALLY goid, and I am still waiting for the honeymoon to end for Martin.

I tell you, I didn't get to see this game, but I was following it on Gamecast. Down the stretch, we were playing some solid defense and scoring in the lane. I mean the shot tracker showed all our shots in the last minute RIGHT UNDER THE BASKET! We hit FTs and iced the game. We shouldn't have let them back into the game, but you can expect every NBA team to try and make a run like that. I think we weathered it well and made the right plays down the stretch. I love seeing Teague playing like this too. He is going to have a breakout season.

Millsap's shot selection? That had to be a typo. Really, we're going to rag on someone for driving and taking the majority of his shots within 5 feet of the basket? His paint scoring is what even solidified the win for us in the 2nd half and the 4th so I don't know how that would ever be an issue especially in comparison to our former PF. Only thing you can rag on Sap for is his missed FTs and perhaps rebounding effort but shot selection really shouldn't be one of them.

I watched the first half and saw some really good passing and ball movement, we missed some wide open 3 point shots but that just happens sometimes. Teague and Al looked really good.

We never showed solid defense, unfortunately, but they did miss a number of 5 -10ft jumpers (thank you, Rudy Gay). To be fair, we hustled and fought, slapping passes away and holding them to (pretty much as I recall) only one shot. But we couldn't stop them from getting good, close looks at the basket.

You're right about our shot selection - it was exceptional.

I'll have to look up the box score but it didn't seem as if we were hitting our FTs. I remember Horford going 2-4, Millsap 0-3 and Teague (who had been perfect) 1-2 down the stretch.

As for Teague, this offense seems to be drawn up for him, even though I felt he was still not feeling natural (it's plain to me he's still doing a lot of thinking).

But, as I said, I only watched the 4th qtr.
