Korver has a chance to break Dana Barros' record for consecutive 3 point streak tonight, they're tied at 89 right now. How difficult is this to do? Larry Bird's longest 3 point streak was only 15!

Oh and also there's a game tonight, GO HAWKS!!!

Millsap hit a 3 from beyond halfcourt at the end of the first quarter, it's been that kind of night for us. Good guys are up by 20 in the 2nd.

Missed the 1st half but this is fun. By the way, now I know why we can't keep up our good play: we play 100 mph.

Lou was actually our smoothest PG tonight. I like how he's recovering. Teague and Mack might oughta be hearing the footsteps.

...what? He had the most turnovers, and had least amount of assist in the most minutes.

Congratulations to Korver!

Our very own player has this awesome record. Millsap took the highlight shot of the night
when he hit that 3/4 court three!

All this and Hawks win big and go over .500 for the season!

:P

Congrats to Kyle and the Hawls keeping the Cavs at arms length.

Not only has Korver broken the 3 point streak record but it's absolutely remarkable how humble he's been about this whole situation, he hasn't really celebrated the streak once and it's never been just about him: he keeps insisting that this isn't just his streak, every time when asked about the streak he always deflects the attention away from himself and toward his teammates. These diva athletes could learn something from Kyle.

Kyle was the man I wanted to come back to Atlanta in the off season the most. He never causes trouble and his game does not rely on his athleticism. He is extremely dangerous from the three point line. I just wish he'd impact the game on the other side of the floor but he is what he is now.

Indeed. Korver has been pretty great about this entire thing. Not trying to force it last night, unlike Dana Barros and that old Celtics team which tried desperately to extend the streak past 90 years ago, at times to the detriment of their offense.

I also love the fact he recognized coaches and players no longer here as part of the reason the streak went so far. Most of these games in the streak have come under L Drew, who clearly saw something in KK to give him the consistent opportunity to shoot, play, excel.

During the minutes that he played PG, he ran the offense better. Teague and Mack dominate the ball: either they take a shot or they pass to a player in position to score immediately. It looks good on their totals but the offense rises or falls with them. Lou passed the ball around, letting other players make passes. I thought the offense ran better, smoother and with more creativity. Plus, when the play broke down, I thought Lou was better at just creating a shot as the clock ran down.

And many of his minutes came while he was at SG. Teague and Mack were controlling the ball at those times.
