Thank you for the thread.
Looking forward to seeing more of our new plan to compensate for the Horford loss.

Well since I'm at work, I wish I could lock my door and watch the game, lol. I'll just have to check in here and there.

If folks are out and about or whatever you aren't missing damn thing... carry on with whatever you already had planned.

good game considering that we aren't getting anything from our bench. This is coming down to the wire.

Great comeback and win. Way to battle, Hawks! Nique....you need to let it go with Jordan, it almost sounds personal.

What a win!! Nique called it: that Korver 4 point play in the 4th to extend the streak was the turning point. Mack almost cost us the game though, I wanna see Schröder take some of his mins. What a gritty team win

He's got to make better decisions with the ball.
I say we were down, went to put a shower caddy together, and saw we won. Thank you dvr.
The end was crazy...A whole lot of "I want to be the highlight that wins it"

Of course, I had to miss such a great game. What a gritty bunch. This is what I've always wanted for the Hawks - vets teaching the kiddies how to play.
It would have been nice to see how far they could have gone with Horford on the team.

Did you SEE Schroder when he was on the court?
Also...Ayon had 7 offensive rebounds in 7 minutes. He was clearly too slow to matchup with anyone though, which is why he played 7 minutes.

Good day.
Hawks win
Nets lose
Kings win
Nets now have the 4th worst record in the NBA and the Kings moved up with the 5th worst record.

How long will this Nets fiasco last?. KG at 6.6 pts/G
It is too good to be true and I think that they will rise to clinch a 5/6 spot while we might ho;d to the 7/8.
If we are in the same position than now with 15-20 games to go, maybe i wil start beleiving that we will get a hold-up on the Nets but now is way too early...

i know they are playing a great team like the Spurs, but if you watched the Nets game, it really looks like Deron has given up for the season, as for KG, it looks like his body has given up.
Milwaukee just won. maybe they will surprise people and go on a three game winning streak with Larry Sanders back. Maybe Sanders and the Bucks can surpass the Nets in winning in a couple of months.

Regardless of how bad he's looked we still need to give him playing time if we expect him to develop. We're not gonna win the title this year so we might as well give our young prospect a chance on the court.

Agreed. We gave Woodson crap for years about not playing/developing Teague. Leaving him in the depth chart behind Bibby and then Hinrich.
I'm disappointed Schroeder has been benched as the backup behind Shelvin Mack.
Mack has played admirable, but ultimately he isn't a part of the future of this franchise. Not with Dennis, Teague, Lou under contract.
Dennis indeed has a lot to leaRN. Which is why it's even more imperative he gets some playing time early in his career.

Again...SHELDON MACK IS YOUNG TALENT.
He is simply out playing ANOTHER young talent. We can't throw away games so that maybe he can turn into a decent back up point guard when we have one that is 23 years old, with playoff experience.
I gave Woodson crap because the team was winning 20 games and he still wouldn't play young guys. OR he would pull a guy out of the game that was playing great to put a horrible playing vet back in. That's apples and oranges guys.
You are suggesting pulling out a young, productive player for a young, non productive player. That's what the D-League is for.

He does have a lot of learn, which is exactly what Bud is doing with him. He has to learn that if he gives the ball away, he gets sent to the bench. In the Boston game he played 6 minutes and had 2 turnovers. In Orlando he did better with 13 minutes and no turnovers.
Bud is doing the right thing. He is saying, "If you can perform well and not turn the ball over, you will get minutes). His 1.5 topg in 12 minutes to Mack's 0.9 topg in 19 mpg shows that Dennis has a lot to learn. In these close games we can't have unnecessary turnovers.
