Congrats to Teague.

IMO, this means we need to be shopping JT0 HARD this summer. His stock will never be higher. Perhaps he plus a draft pick can be bundled to acquire a top tier player.

We need talent right now, and Jeff is our most tradable high quality asset right now!!!

Irving, Klay, Monroe, Vucevic...there's got to be a package out there that appeals to us. Even just Teague and #15 draft pick for a top 10 pick.

I agree, we missed our chance when Josh's value was at an all time high, we have to learn from our mistakes.

I think Ferry and Bud have a better read on Teague than any of uss o I will trust their decision. I have often been frustrated with Teague this season, but there is no denying that he is an all-star caliber PG when he is on his game.

Will be interesting to see how much we shop Teague come this off-season. More so than Teague and his play, I think any trade talks concerning him would be more indicative of the continued development of Schröder and Mack. Dealing off Teague's contract without taking back much - if any - salary back would mean that we could have the $$ to offer max contracts both this season and next (we already can next season, but the extra room would give us the ability to fit in the raise as well), so it's definitely in our interest if we feel that either of the two young PG's can take over the role.

Even so, I don't see us dealing Teague in the off-season. I don't think that Teague's value is particularly high right now. His shooting %-ages took a big hit this year and were basically caused by 2 month-long slumps coming out of the gate and after Horford went down. If another team is willing to see past those 2 bad months to give "full" value for Teague, then he could definitely be had, but I think the offers will be more in line with the thought that we would be willing to take a lesser package for Teague since we'd be opening PT for our 1st round pick from last season.

Don't see any reason to trade Teague since I don't see much of anything in Dennis right now.
