Question about Seats at Phillips

Let's say for section 104. Do the seats go from 1-10 (just an example) but starting at 1 in the section closest to 103 or from 105? How many seats are in each row?
I sit in 113 seats 9,10 and they go from 12-11-10-9 (descending order) from hawks bench to visitor. If that helps.
Basically they count down from left to right
