Finally, a real test for just how good this team really is. been a while since we got a team at their best while we were at OUR best.
GSW was on a long road trip; we were on our own road trip at Memphis. TOR caught us with our pants down.
But tonight...both teams are rested. Both teams are playing well. Everyone of consequence is healthy. LeBron has this one circled on the calendar for sure.
This is a great measuring stick for both teams. Let's do it!!!
No excuses or caveats.
I'm thinking Dennis Schroeder will be the X-Factor. For good or ill.

My gut tells me , be prepared for the Atlanta let down, the 20 point shellacking so we can hear for the next 20 games how much of a fraud team we are..........
But.....NOT THIS TIME.
I think its a CLOSE game, Hawks win with a defensive effort and the bench pouring it on. 97-94 with some crucial late FTs in favor of the good guys.
Lebron goes off for 36 pts and almost gets a triple double.

GSW played at home in the game before our matchup.
I agree with you on Schroeder. He should dominate Deladova.
I think we get this one tonight, although I would feel more confident if Thabo was playing.

Hawks win and it doesn't mean crap because it won't happen in the playoffs. Hawks lose and it proves they're overrated and Cleveland will crush them in the postseason if they meet. I've learned to ignore opposing fans and the media. Go Hawks....keep proving people wrong.

Thabo still out tonight, right? I think TBH he's our defensive X-Factor, so missing him hurts a lot.

As long as Thabo's back, healty, and in-form by the playoffs he doesn't need to play tonight. We've got first place under wraps, he can take all the time he needs.

So glad we brought out the old school unis for tonight. Wish we'd go back to them permanently.
