Dikembe Mutombo is in.
The former NBA center, who spent four-plus seasons with the Hawks, was elected to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Monday. The announcement came in Indianapolis at a press conference hours before the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament championship game.

Great to see Dik make it in, he is a great basketball player and an even better person. Dik basically created his hall of fame career while he was a Hawk. It was always fun to watch the Hawks play defense while he was protecting the rim. Mutombo is one of the world's most gifted athletes, but his basketball IQ, espeically on the defensive end was a joy to watch game in and game out. We are all lucky to watch Dik in his prime.
