You can try to sell a free agent on the Atlanta night life, or how affluent the black community is in Atlanta, but convincing a pro athlete to play in Atlanta for the next three to five years is still a challenge.
Budenholzer has not only showed to be a basketball genius, but he as come to be known as a player's coach who shows alot of respect to all his players with his honesty and ability to collaborate with all his players and ontop of that, he is a coach that cares about a player's health and is smart in protecting their careers. Nothing is better in a working environment than getting a high salary and working for a boss that you both respect and like on a personal level.
Could the Hawks use Budenholzer and his system to attract a top 5 free agent? And can the Hawks use their potential to make it to the Finals and win a championship to land a top free agent?
