That said, they both admitted to weed being in the car so he knew about the weed at very least. I would doubt he didn't know about the X. Probably for personal use(which is a whole other problem...weed is one thing...molly is a whole other thing).

It's not like Bud can come down on him hard. At 27? and with the privilege of a multi-year contract? The guy is not listening to his union, or the NBA about what NOT to do. The high speed chase in North Georgia? I guess going 80 is boring.

No one is going to take this on, and I don't expect much from him at this point. He's going to have to come out and plead for public forgiveness before he starts representing the team again.

Who cares?? Even if Scott gave his brother the money, he wouldn't know what it was used for. When a 15yr kid buys weed, were do u think he gets the money from? So he kids's parents are guilty for giving him money, no way does that logic even make sense.

Scotty and his bro were riding dirty, there's no real scenario I could see where either was unaware that the other was carrying. I mean it's possible but the amounts in question seem to suggest a shared good time, certainly not enough for lil bro to hold a corner but I guess maybe he was looking forward to enjoying a long weekend by himself all while big bro remained entirely oblivious.

My guess, looking at the mugshot, Mike was smoking in the vehicle before hand. That's why they attempted to elude the police in a routine traffic stop. He was probably so high he just started talking without thinking.

Rule of thumb: Never talk to the cops without an attorney.
