Kinda lonesome, anyway, nice to keep them away for the moment.

Dragic can't stay in front of Teague. Jeff is being very aggressive.
Looks like Jrue Holiday has gotten his turn off the bench, ahead of Lamar Patterson tonight. Looked good in his mins in the first half. Still no sign of THJ.

Good for them to hold them off.

Rumor of the Hawks demise has been greatly exaggerated so far.

Don't you just love it? It should fuel them even more. Golden St. feels disrespected and are out for blood also.

Big win by the Hawks. This is easily our most important victory thus far. A few thoughts:
- Teague looked amazing last night. I've been waiting to see JT0 v Dragic when both teams were at full strength. Both were effective. But Jeff clearly had the advantage last night.
- Horford coming through with a big night. He, Millsap and Tiago are a formidable trio in the frontcourt.
- Hawks outrebounded their opponent for the 2nd game in a row. Our 16 Offensive boards were extra impressive.
- We still have challenges slowing talented young big men in the post. Last week it was Drummond getting loose with put backs and dunks. Tuesday it was Hassaun taking our guys to school. We had similar issues last season. Even in the playoffs, we let Brook Lopez, Tristan Thompson and Timofey Mozgov have a field day against us in the paint.
- The Hawks’ big lineup – with Millsap at small forward, Horford at power forward and Tiago Splitter – has become a regular part of the rotation. The three played together for just 2:32 until the next timeout...In that span they helped turn a 13-12 deficit into an 18-13 lead.
- Horford pulled back and avoided shooting 3-pointers this game after going 0/5 from deep on Sunday. He instead focused more on his mid-range game.
- Hawks still searching for offensive cohesion. This marks the 4th time in 5 games this season Hawks have failed to score at least 100 points. Points per 100 possessions are down from last year's numbers as well. Any thoughts on the cause?

Looked good, beating Miami is a good thing to the rest of the national media IMO. Lots of people think Miami is a dark horse. Looks like the new guys are getting some good minutes and taking advantage of them.
4-1 is a good place to be at, lets make it 5-1 tonight, next 2 games will be vs Pelicans and Wizz.
