Harry The Hawk Injury

Post#1 » by HMFFL » Thu Apr 21, 2016 9:59 pm

After a battery of tests and examinations by the team doctors, Harry has been placed on the injury report as “Questionable” for playoff Games 3 and 4 in Boston against the Celtics this upcoming weekend.

Harry has been limited to strict “nest rest” in hopes of having him back in the lineup for a possible Game 5 in Atlanta on Tuesday, April 26, according to the Hawks.

“This is a serious blow to our roster for these crucial games on Friday and Sunday. We are asking for all of our fans to send their thoughts and prayers for Harry’s speedy recovery,” remarked Steve Koonin, CEO of the Atlanta Hawks in a press release.

Don't think that was scripted at all. Looks like the Hawks are taking this in stride. Feel bad for the dude inside the Harry costume though, that did not look pleasant.

I haven't seen SkyHawk since he broke his beak on a dunk attempt.

Anyone remember Spirit the Hawk who didn't return to his handler after soaring from the rafters. He was chilling on the backboard and the game was delayed. I was at that game, lol. Too Funny.
