Cousins at PF? Bold strategy cotton.

Yeah going by their last boxscore, may just go back and forth.

Takeaways:
We've destroyed teams in the 4th quarter.
Kent Bazemore needs to find himself.
Please make your free throws Dwight, I believe in your renaissance.

Kings got hot from 3, and that made it close, but our boys once again pulled away in the 4th.

That pull-away trait is a great one to have in the NBA.

Dwight vs Boogie...

It looks like Dwight easily won this one. Boogie just look really bad and inefficient and every time the Hawks needed a stop, they could count on Boogie to take a bad shot and give the ball up

* Paul Millsap continues to put up impressive overall stat lines. He had 13 points, 14 rebounds, eight assists, three steals and a block. He leads the Hawks with 19.3 points per game.

* Dwight Howard had a double-double with 18 points and 11 rebounds. He was 8 of 20 from the free-throw line. He had more free-throw attempts than points. He also had four blocks.

* Kyle Korver continues to shoot lights out from 3-point range. He finished with 17 points, 11 in the first half, with five 3-pointers. He was 5 of 8 from 3-point range brining his season totals to 9 of 15 (.600). He has made at least three 3-pointers twice.

Hawks beat Kings to continue flying start

The Atlanta Hawks are off to their best start in six seasons and the Sacramento Kings have now gone 10 years without a victory in Atlanta.

The Hawks held the Kings to 14 points in the fourth quarter after giving up 37 points in the third and improved to 3-0 with a 106-95 victory on Monday.

Dwight Howard blocked four shots, including a key one in the decisive fourth-quarter push. The veteran center scored 18 points despite going just 8-for-20 from the foul line and pulled down 11 rebounds.

Korver and Dennis Schroder each scored 17 points for the Hawks, while Paul Millsap had 13 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists. Thabo Sefolosha had three of his four steals in the fourth quarter and Kent Bazemore had three thefts in the game to go with his 11 points.

"We have a lot of blood-thirsty players on this team and we never back down from a challenge," Bazemore said. "We took up our physicality and got back to our style of basketball."
