My candidacy for Atlanta's GM/ organization plan

Statement: Atlanta are a good team, worthy of middle seeding in Eastern Conference at current pace, and they bring back Millsap. However they will never transcend that place, has an elite team.
Action Plan I want to take a page on the way Memphis/Boston does things, and incrementally grow, without going back to far in the suceeding, and really built around schroeder and a team thats ten deep, and Just beat people with there system and grinding it out.
I am trying to put together team thats incredible deep, with meaning role players, and breakout candiates
The Trade
just one here, it made hurt but... I think in the long run you will have a team that complete for conference finals.

Atlanta: Jonas Valanciunas, Trevor Booker, Wilson Chandler, Sean Kilpatrick
Denver: Kent Bazemore, Quincy Acy, Malcolm Delaney
Brooklyn #19 via Atlanta, E. Mudiay, Demarre Carroll
Toronto: Dwight Howard, Tauren Prince,
Via denver #49, #51
Via Atlanta #31 and 2018 first round draft pick from Minnesota
Minnesota's 1st round pick to Atlanta protected for selections 1-14 in 2018, 1-14 in 2019 and 1-14 in 2020; if Minnesota has not conveyed a 1st round pick to Atlanta by 2020, then Minnesota will instead convey its 2020 2nd round pick and 2021 2nd round pick to Atlanta [Atlanta-Minnesota, 2/10/2015]
These 4 players have off the chart PER ratings and should pair well Schroeder and your starting five. What you guys loose in Bazemore you gain in aggregate with these guys very high on Kilpatrick, Booker, And Jonas. I love that chandler was healthy and shoot .46 from the field, even through he is three older than bazemore. I dont forsee a decline for him.
I also clear some cap space. Hollinger grading system give them + 4 on this deal
Draft pick we have one pick left #60 the world is are oyster here,I am tempted to go Euro but I have been reading about this Kevin Hervey not sure if he is eligible, but different type of a player, who can be a a huge find, given athletic and scoring ability. if not Peter Jok and chris boucher are worthy candidates. this is an offer rader move
Building a bench through free agency
after all this really dealing they will have 47m million to spend, likely hood of max not great given the pernicious rule about teams given there own players more money an extra year, Not in favor of giving Millsap that type of deal
sigining
Zach Randolph 2/20 million, great contract for a 36 years, so so effective scoring in the paint and rebounding still
the rest of the money I am spending on 5 contracts at 4yrs/34 million
here are the players
Jonathan Simmonds SG/SF capable defender, very athletic, decent to solid rotation guy,
Joe Ingles, SF/PF hits big shots, does all the small things to help a team win
Alan Williams PF/C rebounding monster, really improves team defense when one the floor, has upside
Milos Teodosic,PG/SG best player outside north american, tremendous PG with limit athleticism, some high IQ, great olympics
Bojan Bogdanovic SG/SF, great 3 point shooter, playing well in washington, can be a volume scorer
I basically pick a bunch of guys that start, occasionally in the nba, but served as valuable subs
low ball offer
Norris cole PG i Think he is good enough to third point guard given all his experience min contract
MItch Mcgary Center will service 10 game suspension, I think he has talent, never developed properly
Undrafted guys two way contract guys
Kris Jenkins, big shoot hiter,
http://www.nbadraftroom.com/2017/02/kris-jenkins.html
Chris Boucher injured may go undrafted 3 and block, strength 5?
http://www.nbadraftroom.com/2016/03/chris-boucher.html
Roster
PG Dennis Schroeder, Milos Teodosic, Norris Cole
SG Sean Kilpatrick, Bojan Bogdanovic, Jonathan Simmonds
SF Wilson Chandler, DeAndre Bembry Joe Ingles
PF Trevor Booker, Zach Randolph, Kevin Hervey,
C Jonas Valanciunas Alan Williams Mitch McGary
based Hollinger PER and WAR projected record 49-33
Why this works, you are betting on the coaching staff that they can develop tremendous chemistry and they can develop players like Kilpatrick, Williams, Ingles ,Bembry, simmonds, Bogdanovic, into fringe starters and strong role players.
and you a great collection of valuable players in Booker ,Chandler, Teodosic. You have a great two man game Schoreder and Jonas V.
