Nicknames for the Jr Hawks

With the departure of AL 'Boss' Horford and Paul Millsap aka 'The Anchorman', we suddenly have a deficit of top players with fun monikers on our squad.

Dennis has a few obvious ones: Nintendo DS, The Menace, German Chocolate

But a couple have popped up for our forwards that are pretty solid:

I really like the Fresh Prince reference for Taurean

I really hope the "German Chocolate" nickname does not stick with DS. I will never call him that. never..lol.

I also dont like the John the Baptist nickname..but thats just me. Fresh Prince of Baylor is cool.

I called Taurean 'Prince of Thieves' last Summer League when he racked up a ton of steals. Unfortunately he didn't play much in reg. season.

I like Goldie or Lil Goldie as the NBA TV guys call him. I think a few folks called Taurean fresh Prince, but I haven't seen the ending of that til today.

I do remember the dj playing an uhh from the opening of kiss when Taurean made a ft basket..lol...I hoped that would catch on.

I vote for..."DANG IT ALICE WERE OUTTA COLLINS MIX AGAIN"...for John Collins...and Prince Akeem for Diamond Stone...lol..just kidding for Taurean!

How about DAB for DeAndre Bembry?

I like Fresh for Taurean and Baptist for Collins, but you could also go with JoCo, or Team JoCo for Collins.

But jokes mentioning Collins and Jesus are...not a good idea.

Ice Trae is a stupid nickname.

Why not use the obvious? Trae "Trey" Young. Or hell, Trae "Trae" Young. Because, you know, he's so good that he redefines the spelling.
