That's good news. He needs training camp to get in the rotation. Although he'll probably knock Dorsey out of it and so far I like what i see from him.

I'd love for Bembry to become a PG. Ron Harper 2.0. Don't know if it's possible.

CRackpot thought of the day from Jamaaliver:

Bembry playing PG next to Luka Doncic could produce some really intriguing matchups. Both could lead the fast break and initiate the offense. Bembry (and Prince) could take the tough defensive matchups.

Might not work FT or in the playoffs...but for 15 mpg it would be difficult for a lot of teams to account for in the regular season.

Very true. I've pondered if drafting Doncic requires us adding a 3 & D PG to play alongside him for that very reason. Avery Bradley (or similar player) + Doncic seems like a good fit...but far from championship caliber.

Maybe Jenkins had another opportunity. I'm sure he knew he'd never make the team here as we have a full roster. Putting him on the training camp roster was obviously just a favor while he tried to land something else.
