I don’t agree with Harrison Barnes. People keep comparing him to Marvin but I’d rather have Barnes at any point in his career over Marvin. Barnes and Dennis Smith jr. alone should be getting more wins than us.

I guess it's more in his demeaner than their games - I don't see the killer instinct in Barnes, just contentment.

Nah it’s that they both have pump butts...

How come Horford never said this about Bud? :ouch:

I am a HUUUUUUGE Clippers and Avery Bradley fan today! And Doc of course :)

Said Horford: "I was wracking my brain trying to come with (plays). We needed to come up with certain plays and I was like, 'I have no idea.' Once you start putting everything together and seeing what makes sense and what doesn't make sense. Coach is -- he is a genius, man. He's pretty smart."

I truly despise every single sorry team that's around us in the standings right now. Every one of them that played tonight lost. Being last is just as difficult as being first apparently.

AL Horford will go down as one of the greatest big men to ever play the game.

I watched the LAC and Boston game last night on my flight and that was said.

Congrats to Ben Simmons.
Getting snubbed for the All-Star game will stay with him until this time next year.

That's...high praise.

I might not go that far, but he's easily the best drafted Hawk of the last quarter century.

It's a shame he never had a great GM to build a good roster with him.
And that most of his career here was spent playing for lesser coaches.

Highly controversial statement alert: If Horford manages to win an NBA Title, he has an outside shot at the HOF when considering his team accomplishments and individual accolades at the collegiate and pro levels:

College
All American
2X NCAA Champion

NBA
All Rookie Team Selection
All NBA Team Selection
5X NBA All Star

No question he makes the hall of fame if he wins an NBA Championship.
He possibly gets in if he continues to be selected as an All Star and due to the 2x NCAA Championships.

Orlando might currently be the worst team I've ever seen at developing young players.
And this dude was traded for a 2nd round pick....

I don't know. It'll take a lot for me to start believing that Payton is that good.

It still bothers me we passed on this kid twice in the draft for a year and a half of THJ.

Between the injur(ies?), sub par play, sexual assault allegations, and relatively few teams with cpa space...A Bradley seems increasingly unlikely to garner a huge contract this summer.

I suspect he might be tempted to a large, 1-year offer similar to what KCP and JJ Redick managed to snag last summer.

All I'm thinking about is that our pick - it gets better but Minny still makes the playoffs.

I hope he's ok in the long run. This sucks whenever it happens to anyone.

That being said though, this is very good for our pick. 4th-8th in the west is speedster by one game in the loss column. Their pick is slated at 24th at the moment, it could shoot up to 16th in two weeks
