random question but curious what y'all think...
I know it happens to all teams to lose assistant coaches to other teams looking to win. I mean we stole Bud from the spurs to kick it off. Kenny Atkinson and Quin Snyder have been doing well for themselves as head coaches and I am happy for their opportunities and wish them great success, but do you think our team would look much different if we had retained both on our coaching staff until now? Or would it make no difference because our team is what it is at this point?

Still need talent, but I would suspect their replacements aren't as good as they are - yet. Kenny and Quinn have been doing this awhile, more experience.

Assistant coaches are very important. If they weren't, teams wouldn't have them. It's that simple. The better your
assistant coaches are, the more likely they are to "move on up" when the opportunity arises.
Experience is sometimes a hard, but necessary teacher. Our assistant coaches now are newer, younger and are gaining
the experience to be very good.
Yes, we're a little short of talent and a little short of experience with our assistants.

Has anyone noticed that new assistant we have that appears to be 19 years old? And when they interview him at halftime at the end he turns and looks right into the camera like he's peeking in a window or something? It's hilarious.
