Bulls just snapped their streak at 10. They beat Charlotte and now have a 4-20 record. Our much better
record of 5-19 means that the Bulls are still on the bottom!
But, remember this. On the race to the bottom, we're gaining on them !!
On a side note: Hawks waive Brussino. Does this mean Cavinaugh is here to stay?? (Spelling?)

Sacramento won too last night after Zbo stepped into the time machine for 35 and 13.
Nonetheless, the Magic are without Gordon and Fournier so I'm sure we'll lose that ground gained to Chicago tonight.

The Bulls only 5 hours after making it back to Chicago took down the Knicks keeping Atlanta in striking (shrinking?) distance. Perhaps the Knicks look to avenge the embarrassing loss.

Cavs, hot, as always, from down town, on 12\12\17 placed the Hawks on the bottom of the NBA.
Atlanta, with a record of 6-20 for the season, is all alone...
Entering the second quarter with the score tied, the Cavs outscored the Hawks 31-17 to end it.
Hawks hit 44% from downtown - 16 of 36. Cavs hit 52.6% - 20 of 38.

That would be amazing!
But any young player paired with Westbrook will suffer as long as he plays in such a ball dominant manner. (See Oladipo, Kanter, Sabonis, Harden)
NOTE: I would like to see how Mikal Bridges pairs with Russ. A 3 & D specialist seems the perfect complement.
Add'l NOTE: OKC needs to move Russ to SG also and get a pass first Point to run the offense.

You can't move Russy off ball, he does absolutely nothing but scratch his butt 35 feet from the basket waiting for a pass when the ball is not in his hands.

I don't think we'll be able to hang on to this top spot if we don't move some of these vets. We've been plagued with injuries this year, but once we get healthy I predict some meaningless wins if we don't make a move or two.

I think the thunder will get it together but it won't be enough to beat the rockets or warriors. It'll be a fun season for them though so why not. They can rebuild next year.
