AJCAtlanta Hawks player arrested after going 73 miles over the speed limit
An Atlanta Hawks player has been arrested, police said.
About 12:20 a.m. Friday, a purple Dodge Charger driven by small forward DeAndre Bembry was clocked going 128 mph in a 55 mph zone on I-85 near Buford Highway, Atlanta police Officer Donald Hannah said.
Bembry was stopped without incident and arrested on charges of reckless driving and speeding, Hannah said.

Honestly, I gotta give the guy kudos for getting under your skin in a way I never thought possible.

Ditto!!! I hit 105 in the mountains of Tennessee once at 2am. Scared the living daylights out of myself.
(There are no shoulders on the interstate there!!!)
He'll get a talking to by the higher ups (and by Momma Bembry) and learn from the mistake.

I use to go +100 when i would drive down to Milledgeville years ago. Those back roads are so empty, you really get surprised at times how fast you're going when you look down at the dash.

one of the only positives of a ford fiesta, you literally can't go above the speed limit without knowing.

I could say the same for the Dodge Challenger... When you can't hear yourself singing along to Tracy Chapman over the engine it typically means time to take the foot off the gas.

And are we just going to pretend that we believe Spud had a 'chick' in his car going 120?
