Prunty leads hot Bucks against Hawks

the Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the hottest teams in the league, winning eight of their 10 games under interim coach Joe Prunty.

But the playoffs remain a long ways down the road and the Bucks have plenty of work to do before then, starting Tuesday night when they play host to the Atlanta Hawks at the Bradley Center.

It's been a tough year for the Hawks, who at 18-39 have already matched their loss total from all of last season and appear headed to the draft lottery.

I've already 'warned' the Bucks board to not pull a Detroit on us. :) Trap game for them - team withna losing record snd looking forward to the AS break.

This! Big time trap game...oh man I can totally see them taking us lightly...the good thing is that they actually have a star in Giannis....(don’t show this to the Detroit board..)

Glad we don't have to see any delladirtbag tonight. I'm ready to get Cavanaugh back in there and start seeing more minutes for all the young guys. See what we have in Bembry, Taylor, Cavanaugh, Magette and White.

Yeah I think this will be make or break 2nd half for Bembry. Impromptu injuries, legal issues, etc. makes for a questionable future with the team.

I want to see the same confident play he had during SL. He can be a Bobby Sura type player if he puts it together.

If he can stay out of foul trouble, 24 minutes.

Hawks win (for the tank).
Now can Detroit get in right tomorrow? That'll give us 41 losses at the break - nice 'even' number.

Oh, welcome back Bembry.

At one point the lineup was Taylor, Bembry, Prince, Collins and Muscala- they helped cut into the 14 point deficit...nice.

Back on track with the tank, and we were competitive tonight. Really the ideal scenario.

Khris Middleton is having a nice season playting second banana in MIL.

If we end up with Mikal Bridges, this is the type of impact I expect from him moving forward.

I only saw the end. Why didn't Collins play more? Only had 1 foul. Saw Taylor, Bembry, Dorsey got minutes. Hope it continues. I was complaining about not having the young guys in in the fourth (other than Taylor) but then the vets successfully tanked the game so i guess i should complain. Not sure about Ersan still getting 30 minutes after the trade deadline. Can't imagine he's in our long term plans other than maybe as a backup.
