Hawks open to trading No. 3 pick in 2018 NBA Draft

I am still all in favor in trading up to 1 or 2 but if that is off the table, i'm ok with trading down option as well.

I'm not a huge fan of Bagley, so if the Hawks trade down and still walk away with Trae Young, would be ok with me, but if trading down means only walking away with a guy like Bamba or Porter, that would get me very upset, like on the same level as yelling at the TV when Marvin was selected over Chris Paul angry.

First off, whomever wrote the article doesn’t know the Hawks well nor do they know how to write well. The article says new coach Lloyd Pierce will implement a new offense.... few lines later...

Hawks will also be looking for a new head coach during the draft process.....

Ummmmmm wait, what.

Secondly, why is this a top 2 player draft and not top 3? Some clown said that and now everyone is repeating it.

Lastly, it’s all about tickling their buying bone, just to get some feelers during the process.

I'm worried that this is really an over hyped draft. I hope i'm wrong.

I'd love to discuss this on the Squawk but it appears to be back down completely again.

Ya I started having those feeling until I realized I’ve been hearing the names Ayton, Bagley etc for 4 years now...I didn’t hear as much few years before the 14 draft..although I heard Jabari Parker a ton from about 2011 or so..

I dunno I still think the all stars are:

Ayton
Porter
Bagley
Young
Doncic
Mikal Bridges

Let’s just get one of these guys.

I’m weary of JJJ, Wendell Carter.

8-)

Rumor above says: Nicks want Trae Young @ #9. Really? And I wanted him for the Hawks. Gee.
Hawks need a big man and a smaller shooter. Since we have multiple draft picks, can we have both?
PLEASE !!
