The NBA botched this. I hope they announce the awards a lot earlier next season.

The same voter who didn't have Trae Young in his ROTY ballot also gave a first place vote to Dennis Schroeder for 6th Man of The Year.

In addition to the above, he also voted Sabonis for the forward spot in his All NBA 3rd team. I don't want to float conspiracies but it sure looks like some of these guys don't watch the NBA or just give their votes away out of spite.
