We know good 'n heyul well they're the Seeees and we're the Hawks so (not-so)Smart is gonna get off with a wrist-slap. Meanwhile, Bembry's gonna get 10 games.

So Smart ignores the directions to leave the court (due to the 2nd T), charges at Bembry (granted it was through a bunch of other people), takes a swing at Bembry and almost hits a ref in the process...and only gets a 35k fine.

Basically Smart gives up what amounts to 13 minutes of his actual game check ($142,203 per game).

Setting an awful precedent. Someone else from a worse team is gonna do this and get like a 3-5 game suspension. See if the NBAPA will take that up with the inconsistency.
