that alot of teams were calling us about Kevin Huerter at the trade deadline. I mean how stupid do they think we are? We have a real chance to compete for the playoffs next why would we want to give away one of our young players who is producing on a rookie contract. I am not saying that he isn't untradable but they must think that Billy King is our GM.

Fixed, but I agree with your sentiment.
And they were probably offering junk like friggin Reggie Bullock or Bismack Biyombo or some other such nonsense.

Why wouldn't they call? They probably also call about Trae and John. Teams call all of the time.

Ditto-ing kg and supes... there quite possibly was added interest in Huerter just because the upcoming draft seems clearly heavy in SGs in the lottery slots, and if I were a contending GM, I might say, "Hey Schlenk... since you're probably going to draft a SG anyhow, ya wanna flip last year's #20 for something fairly unprotected in this year's draft?... or maybe even, instead, in next year's?"
I could see room for a conversation, absolutely.
