Last offseason we were interested in Zach Lavine. He is now on the block. I am not saying that the interest is still there but if we could move Huerter to the 3 could it work? I am not sure what kind of defender he is or what it would cost us to get him if the interest is there. I think that he could be had straight up for bazemore.

I wanted Zach last year but his defense is GARBAGE. Him and Trae would be one of those beaded curtains on defense.

I don't remember the Hawks being interested in Lavine. Did I block this out?

I don't remember the Hawks being interested in Lavine. Did I block this out?

It was brief but it happened.

This team would give up 130 on a nightly basis

I doubt they would be looking to dump him for an expiring. Even then, him and Trae is a horrible defensive pairing.

I read it last year and blocked it out. Schlenk can’t possibly want Lavine. He’s a stat filler is all. Doesn’t impacting winning.

I read it last year and blocked it out. Schlenk can’t possibly want Lavine. He’s a stat filler is all. Doesn’t impacting winning.

No I remember reading something about it on hoopshype in January sometime. I’m not sure what it said but it might have been Sam Smith in Chicago working his Bulls BS magic. Smokescreen all the way tho there’s no way Schlenk wants Lavine. Not his prototype imo.

Every metric on Huerter last year showed him near all-star quality at the 2 and below average at the 3. He's a 2.
