Jontay Porter stands out to me.

Also, Jalen Lecque would be a sweet developmental PG to add...

I want Tacko and Konchar on our summer league roster. Tacko can actually contribute at about 10 minutes per game in situational spots, I think. Tacko was actually Zion's kryptonite and almost led UCF to a victory over Duke in the tourney. Konchar can flat out shoot. Always worth a look at guys with high BBIQs that can shoot.

Two consecutive ACL tears -- That's awful luck.

But apparently the 2nd ACL tear was his fault. Playing ball without doctor's permission before he was properly healed.

Spoiler:
The 6-foot-10 forward tore the same ligament a second time, in Denver during a pickup game with his brother, Michael Porter Jr. At the time of the second ACL tear, Porter had not been cleared by doctors to play.
Kansas City Star

He can come back from this. He just needs the right situation.

Cleveland, Miami, GSW, Spurs feel like solid fits for him.

Nah, health issues. Just double-down on making calOmari into the player he should be.

Have to give Rowland props...

Meanwhile, my guy Lecque went to PHX it appears.... which is, no doubt, the smart decision.

That's unfortunate for him, playing when not cleared too....smh.

Hmmm ... 'unfortunate' is a weird way to spell 'dumb'.

Enjoy Nick Ward in summer league. He's got great touch down low and a nice midrange game. He won't be stopping anyone on the other end of the floor, though.

1a. Louis King
1b. Jontay Porter

Louis King - Long, lanky, athletic, above average shooter. His shooting and length can let him play SG, SF, PF. He could become a new age position-less NBA player. If he can put on some muscle, he can be Houston Rockets' Robert Horry

Any updates or rumors on any possible signings by the Hawks or are they pretty much done for now?

Was hoping Bowman would come. I felt really strongly he could overtake Adams for that 3rd pg spot. Don't need Trae to play this sl, limit his workload all thru the season.
