Re: 2/12 hawks at Cavaliers
I was better off leaving this thread alone...looking like the December sorry ass hawks.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

On the brightside, it looks like Reddish is becoming a consistent double-digit scorer

That's the positive note for him, but this game, ATL was -26pts with him, and +4pts without him, while he came from the bench...

Re: 2/12 hawks at Cavaliers
We were getting our ass kicked overall, I don’t think his personal +/- is that important

Did you watch the game? Collins had a -31 v. Toronto. If you watched the game, he was our best player on both ends but you know, not watching the games is a specialty on RealGM.

Re: 2/12 hawks at Cavaliers
Pathetic performance just like the previous Cavs game. This team consistently gives up 120-130 points nightly; it's tiring to keep up with. Huerter is showing alot of warts lately. Can't defend, struggles to get by his man, and finish through contact.
Team needs a versatile defender at the 3-4. Cap will solve alot of interior problems. But the inner and outer perimeter defense is a major problem.

King Ken, I didn't say he was the worst of the team because of this +/-, it's your understanding.
More than that, I like your comments, but it's not the first time you imagine that I don't watch games. I won't talk for other people, but I missed very few ATL games, in replay if needed, but I also always look at all kind of stats to see if they confirm some impressions or not, and I never take one stat alone like reality of the game

A comment like that is never said when someone watches the game. I remember Robby Kalland was like, Collins was our best player this game, the -31 was due to who he was on the court with at times. Clearly not him. He was pretty good and gave Cleveland a lot of trouble.
So it wasn't a diss to you personally. It's just something that isn't really said unless you didn't watch the game. Like I expect something foolish like this to be said in the draft board where they stat watch, not actually watch the game.

In watching the games, I do see that Hunter is a pretty good defender. However, Cam is the best defender on the wing to me. Would it be blasphemy to have him start at the 3 with Hunter coming off the bench? I just like everything Cam's doing to improve and still provide stellar D. Probably not, but just a thought.
By the way, the +/- thing, has that been proven to be the end all? Like Ken said, some of those stats are misleading. Like many experts that stat watch, you miss the actual game by relying on those solely.

OK, I understand, it was just that I thought you took the easy way by just looking at what I wrote, without looking at the fact that I quote a positive message and was agreeing with that. If it was just to say the negative fact, I would not have quote anything and say "he was the worst because he got the worst +/-" which is not my kind of comment, especially if I had missed the game
