Let’s get it tonight! Our season long losing streak is 4 games let’s not match that tonight. The Raptors are coming off beating the Nets in Brooklyn. But even before that they have been playing much better ball than that record indicates. Having said that, we rested and are at home while they played on the road. Vegas had the line currently at Raps -4.5 which to me indicates no Trae tonight.
Go Hawks!

Didn't the line in the Utah game go from under 5 to 8-10 after Trae was announced out? I see that -4.5 for tonight and to me that says Trae is playing. That's the line I would expect for us vs Toronto with trae and no Hunter. Without Trae that line should be 10-12.

10-12? Wtf. No it would never be that high for them on the road, maybe in the season they had Kawhi and won it. With Trae it should be Raps -1.5, without Trae Raps -4.5 -5.5 at most.

does home/road even matter when it comes to setting a spread this season? I don't know, I don't gamble or even look at spreads. Just remember reading that the Utah spread went above 8 without Trae and Hunter. Raps are playing well. I would assume the spread would be above 4.5 if Trae and Hunter aren't playing.

Not gonna lie, I think I fear the Raptors a bit more than higher seeded eastern conference team. The grittiness of both FVV and Lowry seems like a lot for us given the way we have been playing. Oh well, if you wanna be better you gotta face x champ teams like these Raps.
Go Hawks!

Trae Young (right calf contusion) is available to play in Saturday's game vs. Toronto.
Young was held out of Thursday's loss to the Jazz, which was the second game of a back-to-back for the Hawks. His return moves Rajon Rondo back to the bench, where he and Brandon Goodwin will share the backup point guard responsibilities. Neither is worthy of being rostered, regardless of league format.

Up 10 with 53 seconds left . Nice win. I thought our defense was impressive. Huerter on FVV with 3 minutes left stayed down and Collins with 1:54 left a nice block. Clint has turned into Deke

and balanced scoring all around. Huerter with nice key threes too.
Most impressed with our timely D. We got a few days off till Wednesday on National TV at the Mavs! Solid win tonight. Go Hawks!!!

Trae had a career high 2 blocks!

Love it! His D was prolly the best of his career. Stayed in front of Lowry a ton.

I saw defense from Trae and Huerter in the 4th that was impressive.

Clint Capela is #1 in the NBA in rebounding at 14.5

and 3rd in blocks behind Turner and Gobert. The coaches need to pick him as an all star. Nice work Clint. Now he’s got a euro step too. Uh ohhhh!

Impressive win even if Toronto was on a B2B.
A much needed win.

I wouldn't mind if they reward centers as all stars again.

Jokic scored 50pts tonight vs Sacramento.
CC went off too.
Sadly, the media won't praise these two with headlines.
