Sabonis's always great against ATL, but tonight, I hope he won't and ATL gets the win, even an ugly win, just for you getting your money back from yesterday disaster

No defense again. So much for LP getting his seventy second message across. We are in the game at the half. Hope they don't crumble to start the 3rd.

Re: Game Thread: Pacers @ Hawks — 2/13
McConnel really some speed, Trae needs to calm a bit because McConnel made him loose two balls in a row.
I thought that having McMillan on the bench, after coaching this IND team, would help better than that. 5min left but once again, entering the 4th with the lead is not a good thing
McConnel with a +30 plus/minus entering the final 3min !
And this lineup with Collins at 5 and Gallo at 4 continues to be ineffective as much as it can be

Coach Pierce goes small. Capela goes out with 24 points and 10 boards. Hawks lead disappears and now they are down 9.

Once again, instead of benching Capela sooner, and let him play the final 5min... the same mistakes every games
Yes ATL has a lot of injured players, but when you think that this IND team plays without Warren and LeVert... they really have a well build team, and their contracts are an example to follow

Hmmm.. team meeting time.
Ps Even my emotional a$$ didn’t double down on the Pacers. Saving it for when/if we get our stuff together.
Having said that, we looked good tonight outside of the last 6 minutes, we played a solid 42 minutes of ball.
Sliding here. 6/7 losses. Ouch.

I ate the $135 loss for now from Spurs. I couldn’t afford the hit and didn’t wanna risk it against Sabonis. Lucky for me, he didn’t beat us but we still got beat.

I lost it one game before you did.

Re: Game Thread: Pacers @ Hawks — 2/13
So, Okongwu plays well yesterday and no minutes today? Hmm. Pierce? I have some questions. Also, why on earth challenge a call so damn early in the game. Does Pierce not understand what a challenge means? It has to be used in either end of game situations or where your star is in foul trouble.
Also, we get Sabonis with 4 fouls and Pierce doesn’t play Capela and Okongwu and Collins and have Trae practice 3’s all day.
I’m beginning to question of Lloyd understands the simple concepts of the game. Is he asleep? Is his mind elsewhere?

ATL finished with +12pts in 28min with Capela and -24pts in 14min without him
Gallo with 20pts at .500 FG and 3pts, but ATL is -20pts with him, still this horrible team defense with him. He has to play more with Clint, not with John
PS : to Spud, you should seriously stop betting on ATL now, other teams if you want, but not ATL

Exactly how do you not attack your opponent’s weakness. Sabonis has 4 fouls and he takes Capela out. I would have run,
Trae
Cam
Collins
Okongwu
Capela
Let the guards shoot and Turner alone can’t fend of our big 3. No way.
Instead he... well you saw.
