Iso-Trae is to blame for that loss.

Right, they had the lead and he ruined it in the last two minutes with only bad choices.
On the other end, the bench was horrible (except Mays who brought energy).
Capela and Huerter with big games, and Snell was good

Subbing Clint for Gallo was a disaster.

Just finished watching. Inexcusable loss. Trae and Capela played well as did Huerter but man o man Lloyd is one of the worst in game managing coaches I’ve seen in my lifetime. He has no game plan whatsoever, can’t adjust to anything and makes the crappiest sub choices ever!

FIRE LLOYD!!!!

We just lost to a team that had lost 10 in a row and 12/13. Unacceptable! Lloyd doesn’t wanna be here he wants to go home to his kid. Call it a career cut your losses Lloyd give the fans some new life and go away.

As far as the players go, Trae can shoot 9-27 I’m sorry that’s got to stop. Stop averaging 26 ppg if you have to and just shoot less and distribute. Keep with the floaters but man, efficiency is starting to be another reason why we lose.

Granted he had Okoro on him a lot but he got his shot swatted like 10 times. :nonono:

Then you got a rookie Dylan Windler hitting three after three after three on us. I’m sorry I hadn’t heard of this guy till tonight. Wtf.

TEAM MEETING IS NEEDED!

:banghead:

The Cavs entered the game with the lowest three point % in the NBA. They buried the Hawks with their 3 point shooting.

Agent OO17 played 10 minutes and did nothing. He was (-10) for his time.

Hawks had one starter out for the game and another starter out for the second half.

Missed free throws cost Atlanta the game. Capela missed 2 and Trae missed 4. You expect that from Capela, but .....

Get ready. Another blow out loss coming tonight.

Welcome back LP. Can't blame you for Trae's missed free throws.

A myriad of issues leading up to the final play. Sigh!
Where should we start?

Shall we start with Clint Capela missing a wide-open look at the rim after slipping a screen and receiving an on-target pass from Trae Young and missing a layup to possibly put the Hawks ahead by seven with four minutes left?

Shall we start with Tony Snell letting Darius Garland blow past him forcing Capela to step, leaving Jarrett Allen unguarded for an easy putback with under four minutes to play?

Shall we start with Capela missing two free throws with under three minutes to play and a chance to go up seven?

Shall we start with a horribly defended possession with 2:30 left in which the Hawks just left Collin Sexton open for a wide-open 3 to cut the lead to two with 2:27 to play?
Shall we start with coach Lloyd Pierce challenging a clear blocking foul on Hill with 1:51 left, costing the Hawks a timeout?

Shall we start with Young inexplicably dribbling toward the sideline, forcing the Hawks to burn their final timeout?

Shall we start with Pierce subbing in Danilo Gallinari, the team’s worst defender, for Capela up one with 19 seconds to play when the Cavaliers didn’t have to foul?

Shall we start with Young taking a tough runner from the free-throw line over Allen with seven seconds left on the shot clock and only 14 seconds left in the game?

Shall we start with Hill bewilderingly and aggressively stepping up in front of Snell, causing complete chaos, leaving Lamar Stevens a wide-open lane to the rim?

Shall we start with Gallinari not stepping up after identifying that Stevens was at the free-throw line with 5.7 seconds left and no one was in front of him?

Shall we start with Young not looking at the shot clock to see he had only four seconds left before passing to Snell in the corner with under one second left, leaving the Hawks no time to get a shot off?

Shall we mention that this is the 10th game the Hawks have lost this season in which they’ve led in the fourth quarter?

Shall we mention the Hawks are 0-8 in games decided by six points or fewer?

Shall we mention the Cavaliers had lost 10 straight games entering Tuesday’s game?

Agent 0017 has done absolutely nothing during the minutes he's played.

It would be better to see him shot less, but it's not one of the main problems IMHO.
It's like Iverson, everybody was after his FG%, but I never considered this a problem as long as you get FTs.
Yesterday, he takes 27 shots, he score 28. That's not great, he already scored 40 on less shots, but that's not a drama because he got 13FTs.
What's best ? 28pts at 11/22 (lets say 8/16 at 2pts and 3/6 at 3pts) with no FT, or 28pts at 9/27 and 13FT meaning fouls at least 6 fouls on opponents, maybe more.
If half the team was searching contact like he does, the opponents would be in foul trouble each time once in 4th quarter.

Now, I think he's searching it too much sometimes.

Ya definitely agree with the searching too much and that’s just today’s game, the offensive player trying to bait the foul, I’d rather go back to the 80’s style personally where a ref called a foul because it was a foul. Having said that, we might as well use it to our advantage because Trae is probably the best at it or one of the best. But when he’s just searching like that the rest of the teams isn’t doing much just standing around.
