could Milsap help us?

League sources tell Bleacher Report that Paul Millsap would be interested in joining the Warriors for a deal in the range of the taxpayer mid-level exception (approximately $5.9MM), though a reunion with the Hawks is also a possibility for Millsap, Fischer adds

I think he'd be good depth and a nice backup/tutor for John Collins. I always liked him on the Hawks, he definitely was a massive bust in Denver for the contract he got but from what I saw last year he's definitely lost his athleticism but he still gives effort on defense and has a solid mid range shot. Especially with Onyeka out and Jalen more of a project he's a solid backup to give 15-18 minutes a game and is a good leader. My only issue is that we really need depth behind Capela especially with Bruno gone now. At the 4 spot we have Collins, Gallo, and Jalen, and in a small ball lineup you can always play Hunter at the 4. I would have like to have kept Tristan Thompson in that deal. The center market is pretty barren though. Dont' want to revist the D12 train.

I'd actually prefer to spend the MLE or a portion of it on a solid vet like Robin Lopez or Gorgui Dieng. I'd be interested in Nerlens Noel and his energy/shot blocking but not if it's for the full MLE.

I’d love to add him to the locker room.

And Andre Iguodala also. True professionals. Blue collar guys who show up for work every day.

Yes the contract was high, but even if he was not getting good individual stats, it was easy to see his team impact, except this last season where he was neutral
Some stats confirm it like this one :
2018-19 : best Net On/Off court of the team with +9.4pts (Jokic 2nd with +5.8)
2019-20 : best Net On/Off court of the team with +10.4pts (Jokic 2nd with 9.3)

It would great to have him, but it will now be hard to find minutes available

I agree.
Both would be great additions to our team.

Great player and an even better teammate and leader.

He wasted alot of years in Utah, if only he spent more time with Budz or got drafted by Pops, he could have been a +10 time all star.
