At this point, Trae seems like the only legit candidate. While he seems like a lock to be selected, I suspect he might lose his spot as a starter because of the team's struggles.

Trae>Harden this season and I don't feel like it should be close even with the current records. Nets won in spite of Harden where as Atlanta lost in spite of Trae. Harden finally playing well this past month isn't enough for me to change that opinion after his poor start. Wish Hunter would have been healthy all season. I feel like he would have helped your defense a lot while being solid on offense.

At the time I couldn't believe Trae wasn't part of the game. So much disrespect but it made him become even better.

Hasn't looked the same since getting leveled by Nurkic in the PTL game.

Starting lineups have been finalized. East frontcourt should dominate the West.

of course Trae is the smallest picture.

Did Kevin Huerter vote for himself to be an All Star?

Or did one of the other Hawks players do so?

A couple of years ago, Trae chose to participate in 4 events on All Star Weekend. It was clearly too heavy a workload and his performance suffered as a result. I hope he doesn't make this mistake again.
