Hawks seek fifth straight win as they face Kings

Image

The Atlanta Hawks will host the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday as they look to extend their winning streak to five games. The Hawks went 4-0 last week, and will try to keep that momentum rolling into this one. Sacramento is on the heels of a 53-point loss to the Boston Celtics on Tuesday night as they travel to Atlanta to complete a back-to-back. Atlanta has been off since Sunday evening when they beat the Hornets in Charlotte.

Trae Young earned Eastern Conference Player of the Week honors for his performance during the Hawks’ four-game win streak. Young averaged 31 points and 9 assists across the 4-0 stretch. Atlanta still has quite a bit of work to do to climb out of the early season hole they put themselves in, and this game is another good opportunity to climb up the standings.

The Hawks have the second best offensive rating in the NBA heading into play on Wednesday, but rank just 27th in defensive efficiency. The Kings have the fifth worst net rating in the NBA at -4.9.

The Kings have dropped their last four games and have only won 8 of their last 10.

We won the previous meeting:

Seems as if Nate is unwilling to say Bogi will get his spot back like he did with Clint over OO. yep.

I'd sit out Hunter in this one. Sac is tail spinning outta control, good game to sit guys banged up. Bogi goes shot hunting which totally messes up the offense, he ideally should come off the bench with his shot selection.

Took the game at 90-60 so I supposed the bench just did the work before that.
Some minutes later, ATL lead was only 20pts while starter were back, so I was on the verge to stop watching the game and see tomorrow how it turned :(
But the bench came back and got more lead in this 4th quarter so I will watch until the end now

So good to have the bench performing like that since some games (Reddish effect ?)
Now, there is only one thing to fix, the impact of Trae. He's great, no doubt, but one game out of two, he has neutral impact and it's not a normal thing for a leader of his team.
Trae having one of the worst Plus/Minus of the team, like in the last MIA game, is not normal, which was not the case in the CHA game between these two
