As for the East, Jimmy winning it would be remarkable, but I believe Boston beats Miami.

Same here, but not 100% sure that BOS will win.
They are a bit lower than I thought at the end of the season. I thought they would beat ATL 4-2, but if Hawks had just hit 10/29 3s in Game1 instead of 5/29, they would have got this one and maybe be at 3-3
Same if they played sharing more the ball instead of having Trae and Murray taking more than 40 shots each game (except the one Murray was suspended and that they won)

Then I didn't see BOS needing 7 games to beat PHI

Now, they can also really motivated themselves to avoid the same kind of series and finish 4-0 with 4 close games...
