2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
Hawks currently don't have any 2nd round picks, but you never know until draft night. Hawks maybe can trade a copy machine for a 2nd round pick.
As for undrafted free agents, I'll throw in Ryan Kalkbrenner...
7'1, slow footed but has a respectable jumpshot. Not a super athlete but has good timing and gets alot of blocks. Not the best at setting screens, but has the jumpshot and length to be a good bailout in a PnR.
Kalkbrenner and Sarr could be good gym partners in the first year, helping each other out in practice.

Re: 2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
Oso!!!
He's a solid, 4 year collegiate PF with High IQ, solid defensive chops and poor measurables. He was considered a late first round option for the first 4 months of the season but his draft stock cooled once his PnR partner and starting PG was injured.
At 23 years old with ballhandling, passing and finishing skills - he'd pair well as a PnR big man with Trae.

The AthleticJohn Hollinger’s Top 20 prospects list
19. Oso Ighodaro
I’m a firm believer in bigs who can pass — that trait tends to indicate outsized feel that can worm itself into other facets of the game — and Ighodaro is the best passing big in the draft. He is very comfortable operating from the elbows and hitting cutters or operating dribble handoffs, and his size and leaping ability should make him at least a decent rim runner on the tail end of those actions. Ighodaro can also handle the ball well enough that Marquette occasionally ran inverted pick-and-rolls for him. While he’s not an outside shooting threat, he does have a nice floater game he can get to when the rim is blocked off.
Ighodaro grades out very well in the switching type of perimeter defense that most NBA teams demand from their bigs now. He gets up on guards, not letting them waltz into off-the-dribble 3s and instead sliding with them when they try to get to the cup. He seems almost more comfortable with that than going against players his own size; he doesn’t play with much physicality or toughness. Players who spin and stop on him, or post players who get into his body, can give him some trouble.
Ighodaro isn’t seen as a first-rounder because he falls short on a lot of the traditional big-guy stuff. He’s not an elite rim protector, with a decent but hardly overwhelming 5.6 percent block rate in Big East games, and he’s a phantom on the glass with a career 12.1 percent rebound rate in conference play. Similarly, he shies away from attacking the rim at times, settling for the floater even when it seemed he could get to the rim. Those factors turn off some scouts and could limit him to being a backup, but a rotation big isn’t a bad outcome this deep in a weak draft. That feels like Ighodaro’s floor given his other skills.

Re: 2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
I would pay for a 2nd in the 30's for Ryan Dunn. N'Faly Dante for some size and girth. Alex Karaban has the shot and defensive chops to be effective off the bench. Pacome Dadiet seems to be working himself into a late rise, but if he's in the 2nd, wouldn't mind him as a draft and stash.

I do like Ryan Dunn as a project...
Would you go so far as trading Gueye or AJ Griffin for any of those prospects?

I'd trade Griffin for all of them. I'm holding Gueye a tad bit longer.

Re: 2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
Before he got injured at season's end, this guy was seen as a likely 1st roudner who could contribute on Day One.
He presents great value if he falls to the 2nd round.
I'd trade back into the 2nd round for him.

One of the best scoring wings in the draft.
Ball dominant with poor defense, but would be a steal in the 2bd round:

Re: 2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
Hawks worked him out recently.
I suspect he ends up on our SL Team and perhaps even with our G-League Affiliate.

Jonathan Mogbo
6'8"/217 lbs/7'2" wingspan, 22.64 years
14.2 PTS, 10.1 REBS, 3.6 ASTS on 64.8 TS%
Archetype: Versatile Wrecking Ball Big
The Pitch
Standing 6’8 in shoes with a 7’2 wingspan, Mogbo is a disruptive defender despite his height, using his mobility and strength to wreak havoc around the court, with his switchability onto guards in space making him valuable in this era of NBA basketball. His athleticism gives him potential as much more than just a play finisher out of PNR and O-boards, flashing grab and go potential.
Range: Early 2nd

Re: 2024 Undrafted FA and 2nd Round Picks
I was hoping we'd swoop in an convince this kid to sign with us.
Not too long ago, he was discussed as longshot option for #1 overall in this weak draft. Had a terrible freshman season and foolishly dropped out of college instead of just transferring.
