Josh Smith hasn't looked like himself in weeks. Gone are the rim-rattling dunks, the power moves to the basket and his high-flying ways in general. He's still blocking shots in jaw-dropping ways. But there's no doubt something's missing from his physical arsenal. Smith has played with a sore neck since a collision with Dwyane Wade during a 117-111 overtime victory over Miami on Dec. 19 at Philips Arena. He has managed to be effective throughout this stretch but acknowledged that the injury doesn't allow him to extend himself the way he's used to on his trips above the rim.
