the trade is basically Childress and contracts for Shaq. i'm not sure how many people still think that Shaq still has something left in him, but i still think he can not only get a team into the playoffs, but also take them far into the playoffs, if he is put in the right role. no longer as a #1 or #2 guy, but as someone who can get 10rebs 2blocks and eat up space.

Why would you want to help Miami out by letting them dump Shaq's awful contract on us?
