Check it out Woodson lovers

FATIGUE FACTOR: As the minutes continue to pile up for his starters, Hawks coach Mike Woodson said Tuesday that it's time to start watching more closely how that in-game wear-and-tear impacts his team. Joe Johnson is averaging 41.1 minutes, Marvin Williams 36.1, Josh Smith 36.0, Al Horford 31.0 and Anthony Johnson 28.0. "You have to look at guys and see what they're doing out there late in games and figure it has to be fatigue," Woodson said. "Because we're making so many mental mistakes right now." The Hawks didn't wait until late to show signs of fatigue against Phoenix on Tuesday night. They looked worn out early in the game and found themselves in a double-digit hole minutes after the action started. The Hawks trailed by 19 at halftime.

He can't really be that dumb! It must be some kind of new offensive strategy.

The way he talks about the situation gives the definate impression that he is surprised. That's excellent since he's the one responsible.

I don't even want to propose any more analysis.

I finally figured out what's going through his mind when he has the dumb WTF look on his face "Can they be tired, they've only played 40 minutes?"

Woodson doesn't get it!

To come out and say his team might be tired? Is that why Solomon and Salim got minutes last night?
Ridiculous comments because he has no answer. These kids were not focused.
Hey, last time they played Phoenix, they won despite being sloppy. That was non-Amare. This time was a true picture of the talent on this team.
If we don't hit jumpers, we don't win!

Everybody does look tired. Hey Woody, can we play our #5 pick more than 5 minutes?

Just for future reference. Blaming the players and BK more than Woody DOES NOT mean that I think he is a good coach.

There are those on this board who are rational enough (I don't include myself in this group) to say that we need to look at factors other than Woody in losses, that being said there is absolutely no one who has ever thought that he was a remotely effective coach.

For the record I put most of the blame for the Portland loss on his shoulders and since I believe that the magnitude of the PHX disaster was residual from the Portland loss, I blame him for that embarrassment as well.

That was a lot of dumb's. I was thinking of the South Park where they make fun of the Mormons when I read it. If you've seen that episode you know what I'm talking about.

who supports Woodson? What I support is a "balanced team" an in defense of Woodson I say its not all his fault when we lose. He plays our starters too long and neglects the bench. True enough. But would that be such an issue if we had "role" players? if you look down the bench and see the same guy in all your players you're bound to just run the best one into the ground.

Let's not get carried away now. We are still a playoff team and I highly doubt the ASG is going to fire him as long as we are contending for the playoffs. I doubt the ASG considers pushing Woody to the side, unless we drop 15 straight, and still the pressure would be on Billy Knight to seek out a trade.

Who exactly is a "Woody Lover"? He's NOT the right coach for this team, but I hope people don't actually think that just replacing him will fix all the enormous problems with this franchise...
