What does a Duhon rental cost?

Chris Duhon has stepped his game up in the absence of most of the big name Bulls. This article seems to acknowledge that he isn't in the Bulls long term plans and could be available before the trade deadline.

He has a small contract of 3.25M which is expiring. This is both a positive and a negative. Positive is that you don't have to commit long term to him and he doesn't tie up a lot of cap. Negative is that he could bolt in the off season making him just a rental.
The Bulls probably aren't keen on adding contracts, but might be enticed with a future pick and a replacement expiring deal.
Would you be willing to trade:
AJ (or Lue) and a conditional pick to Chicago for Duhon with the terms on the pick being a 2nd rounder in 2009 if we don't resign Duhon in the summer or a Top 16-protected 1st rounder in 2010 if we do resign him.
Do you think that is enough for Chicago to bite?
